Payment of 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance of payment due on delivery, unless agreed upon otherwise. You will receive watermarked files to proof. Once you are happy and we have received payment, the high resolution IMAGES will be released to you immediately.
IMAGES by Mikhail retains the copyrights of the IMAGES. You purchase a single use, non-transferable, non-exclusive image license. With respect to real estate agents this image license is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold or let.
IMAGES by Mikhail retains the right to use any of the images delivered as advertising material on its website and social media.
