Preparing Your Home For The Shoot

As I would like to take the best possible photos of your property,

I have prepared a short list of items that would go a long way in achieving this.

Bedrooms

Make beds.

Remove clutter.

Keep all pillows orderly.

Remove any phone/tablet charging cables.

Bathrooms

Remove clutter from counters.

No soap, toothbrushes, medications, deodorant, etc.

Remove shampoo, soap, loofahs, etc. from showers and tubs.

Put out fresh towels.

Ensure toilet lid is down.

Kitchen

Clear away all dishes and put away countertop articles that are non-essential.

Clear refrigerator doors of magnets, papers, photos, etc.

Living Area

Keep blinds and curtains open so that your home appears bright and airy.

Arrange an inviting centerpiece

Adjust couch cushions and throw pillows.

Garden/Outside:

If possible, have the grass neatly cut.

No garden hose, buckets or wheelbarrows to be lying around.

Keep the pool clean and with NO "Kreepy Krauly" hose visible.

Remove cars from driveway and front of home.

Lastly, all rooms should be as presentable and neat as possible.
